Coastal Group Consultants LLC, is qualified by a licensed General Contractor with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations, to do business in the State of Florida, and can work throughout the country where reciprocal agreements are honored. We are a FPL Build Smart Preferred member and winner of the Aurora and Prism Awards. Our objective is to make our dynamic company a leader in the Construction Consulting Industry, where our experience can develop, lead, and encourage others to utilize Green products. Therefore, setting a standard for all to follow, in order to be environmentally conscience and improve the quality of life for our clients and the community as a whole.

 Arthur Coello - Qualifier and Founder

Arthur Coello, Managing Partner and General Contractor for Coastal Group Consultants, has twenty-five years experience as an award-winning production home builder and developer, as well as an award winning custom home builder in South Florida. Throughout this time, he worked for Developers such as RK Builders, Morrison Homes, and Wimpey International. Due to his success in the industry, he was inspired to branch out and start his own Construction Consulting Company. Consequently, providing the opportunity of fulfilling his passionate vision of changing the traditional way of construction through Eco-friendly building techniques, that addresses current environmental issues. Arthur holds the following certifications; GC License #CGC1514271, Home Inspector License #HI7533, Wind Mitigation Certified, EPA Mold Abatement and Asbestos Removal Certified, LEED Certified and member of FGBC.
